Band descriptions:
➤ MINAMI DEUTSCH | Tokyo, JP
Minami Deutsch was formed by Kyotaro Miula (guitar, vocals, synthesizer) in Tokyo in 2014. Their sound being influenced by both their love for Kraut Rock legends such as Can and Neu!, the band members are natural self-professed "repetition freaks" - full of driving energy. Devised by Klaus Dinger (Kraftwerk, Neu!) as its central axis, their music proceeds straightforwardly with the motorik beat, that is maniacally repeated, creating a pleasant ambience of electronic pulses drifting in space - while humorous, yet bizarre Japanese lyrics are whispered and sharp guitar tones reminiscent of Michael Karoli (Can) occasionally explode into fuzz distortion on the verge of collapse. Close your eyes and get lost.
For fans of: Can, Neu!, Kraftwerk, Faust, Boris, Camera, FÖLLAKZOID, Kikagaku Moyo / 幾何学模様
➤ TRIGAL & BANG | Berlin, DE
With Trigal & Bang two weirdos come together to make some acoustic love on stage. Trigal a.k.a. Juan A. D'Amico, know in the scene as Camisa, is a solo artist based in Berlin. After playing for the last two decades in HC Punk bands, both in Spain and in Argentina, he has decided to focus his energy on psychedelic music. Signs of his South American roots and more recent, experimental German and Japanese influences can be heard throughout the soundscapes invoking images of madness. And then we have Adrian Bang, recognized performer, arranger and visual artist, in the last decade being a member or frequent collaborator with determinant psychedelic bands as Aqua Nebula Oscillator, The Telescopes, Chicos de Nazca or Kadavar. Nowadays he is performing on analog tapes with various effects and textural devices, aided by his own still or moving visual creations.
