Art Bei Ton x Le Pas-Sage is a collaborative event between the Berlin-based event series, Art Bei Ton, mixing electronic music with visual arts, and Le Pas-Sage, a party crew from Paris.
This event is the occasion for us to gather together and create a unique vibe, listing to some great Techno, Ambient and Experimental lives and DJ sets, as well as enjoying visuals with VJing, video exhibition, and visual installation.
For this special occasion, we’ll project the Berlin premiere of the documentary « Sleep Comes Tomorrow » by Jérôme Clément-Wilz, who followed Le Pas-Sage for several months while they were looking for hidden places to organize rave parties.
We’ll also talk about « Rave party: how is the situation today in Paris, Berlin or Japan? » through a 30min panel.
Still focusing on curating an ethic and international line up, we mixed our Le Pas-Sage raver folks from Paris with our Art Bei Ton residents, as well as some great new faces.
On the main floor, we’ll have the pleasure to welcome two live performances from Jessica Kert (zv_k) and Adc-303, as well as Techno sets from Justine Perry, Otoko - 音庫, Mokavenko - MOKKA and Léa Occhi for her premiere in Berlin.
On the 2nd floor, we’ll start with an Ambient set from Vincenzo Albano, followed by Shintaro Yamaguchi, Ones. and Rorschach.
Not only sharing music, but visuals are also playing a big part in this night concept. A VJing performance from Sasha Smirnova will take over the main floor all night long. You’ll also find our unmissable video exhibition on 2000s TV, featuring the work of Lucy Williams, Sig Valax and Melle Skärfstad
Last but not least, a visual installation from ElCid VS will take place in the downstairs room.
