Im Juli veröffentlichten die Texaner von Being Dead ihr Debütalbum.
When Horses Would Run entführt den Hörer in lebendige Landschaften: Wüstenebenen, schmutzige Keller, üppige Hügellandschaften. Being Dead erschaffen Welten, in denen wir in Geschichten über sorglose Ladendiebe, eigensinnige Cowboys und die letzten Momente eines einsamen Büffels auf der Weide eintauchen können. Mit ihrer Mischung aus Surf-Rock, Freak-Pop und rasantem Punk lassen die drei besten Freunde Falcon B*tch, Gumball und Ricky Moto auf ihrem exzellenten Debütalbum als Being Dead ihre eklektischen Einflüsse sprießen und ihren energiegeladenen Sog anschwellen.
