COCKTAIL CLUB SOUNDSYSTEM
Cocktail Club Soundsystem is a Montreal based party founded by Ludaxpack, Coldfeet and Jonattan Levingstone. Together they brought the most exciting djs and live electronic bands on stage such as Moonstarr, Basic Soul Unit, Frank Voodoo Funk, Tim Sweeney, DKMD, Leboeuf et Laviolette, Recife and many more.
They probably played every bar and venues in Montreal, from Lambi to Zoobizarre not to mention the infamous Igloofest and all sketchy after hours of the city.
With CCS you can expect as they say, ‘’sad disco, sounds of Detroit, "jâcques" house, bumpin' electro, soul machine, afro funk and sweat.’’
Ludaxpack (CCS/Parages Music, Paris-Montreal)
Long time resident at the Laika in Montreal, Ludaxpack is well known in the city as a serious "connaisseur" of electronic music, rare grooves and disco. He is also part of the Parages Family. Now based in Paris, Ludaxpack performs in contemporary dance, creating musical atmospheres, and still djing in Paris hot spots.
Jonattan Levingstone (Parages Music/CCS, Berlin-Montreal)
This is not the story of a seagull, but a musical journey.
When all of us at a young age were trying to understand the meaning of the alphabet, he was diving his ears into the wonderful disco world of Sylvester.
Jonattan Levingstone is a dj known for his eclectic set where he travels between old shiny rhythms, dusty house music and melodic techno.
He co-founded the imprint Parages Music on which he released three tracks and one EP so far and has been remixed by Basic Soul Unit.
