Invader is a French anonymous  street artist who started his outdoor works in the 90's in Paris. He is known for his mosaic creations glued to city walls all around the world. His work was originally inspired by the idea of the world being invaded by characters from the video games of the 80s (Pacman, super mario...) and the ability of sharing his work with a wider audience than that of galleries and museums.

Invader also began creating works for indoor display using Rubik's cube elements, and called the style of these series Rubikcubism.
