This print is the result of a collaboration between Shepard Fairey and the photographer Arlene Mejorado. The print is featuring William Anderson, a friend of the photographer, holding a flower. This peaceful picture in the context of Blak Lives Matters Movement inspired Shepard Fairey for this design.

 

About the artist

Shepard Fairey aka Obey is an American street artist born in 1970. After studying at the Rhode Island School of Design, he quickly embarked on urban art projects such as Andre the Giant, then OBEY, during which he stuck stickers and posters in the United States. He went on to make a name for himself around the world when, in 2018, he created the poster HOPE to support Obama's election campaign.
Shepard Fairey's work has been exhibited all over the world.
